Life on the farm1
Don Juan is the manager at San Antonio. Originally hailing from Guatemala, he has been working with us since 2004. Having spent his life working in coffee estates, he laughs, “I was born under a coffee plant”. His extensive experience helps him make sure the estate runs smoothly1.

Children’s Education1
The workers’ children attend a school within the estate. The curriculum is laid out by the state government, and taught in a school constructed and maintained by our estate. Their education is completely free, and ensures the children stay in school, thus learning the tools they need to excel1.
